need help in troubleshooting why my blower motor relay fuse, item #2, page 155 manual, keeps blowing. replaced blower motor relay, deactivated passenger air bag switch, checked for any apparent frayed wiring around blower and fuse box. the fuse doesn't blow immediately but at random times; at times when the blower switch is in off position; at times when the A/C is off. It will operate sometimes after replacing the 10 A fuse and you turn the motor switch on and to my knowledge it never blows while it is initially running. When you first turn on engine ignition after replacing the fuse you see the Air Bag readiness illuminating for a second and then it goes off. However, once the fuse blows, this Air Bag readiness indicator stays illuminated and the blower motor fails to operate. However, the daytime running light and backup lights, which are controlled by this same fuse, still function. Only the blower fails to operate. Any ideas anyone???
