Sorry I haven't got online much. No you can't use the 99 hardwear. You have to buy 01-03 bumper mounts and bolts. I got mine from a member on here. But you may wanna try ebay. Or go to the dealership, and just price them. You may be supprised.

Thanks man. We are aiming for about a month but it could take a little less or a little more time. All my main parts are ordered so we shall see. ill put the first start up video up once we get there and get a lot more shots of install.
