How are you liking your tires? I'm mostly concerned about highway driving and the road noise and stuff. Are they loud? And I've heard they shake at higher speeds, is that true?

Hey i have a quick question for you if you could possibly help me out, I have a 2001 4x4 ranger and its my first vehicle and first truck I want to lift it and plan on doing a 3 inch body lift but i also would like to add some suspension lift for more tire clearance what can i do to the front of the truck to level it if i add a leaf in the back?

its a dee zee toolbox I picked up at a dee zee outlet store because the bottom was dented. $75 was a great price I thought.
