hows the ranger coming out

i just started adding shit to my truck. only thing i have done was new halo headlights and a light bar across the bottom of the tailgate. installed a sirus satallite radio and thats it.

my truck is a 2002

what all do you have done to your truck besides the obvious? what kind of lift and what size tires are those?
