Honestly i bought the truck from a dealership and the billet grill came with it. However i think you could find a billet grill that fits your truck or could be cut to fit your truck. I'm not sure if ford dealerships sell them, but i think they do.

(make sure you change the model and year to match your truck) You might want to check eBay or craigslist or like a said your dealership first though
