Thank man! The capacitor is going to act as another power source for your sub to draw from, so lets say your running your sub, ac, headlights all at once, if you didnt have a cap you might notice your headlights dimming or you might end up killing your battery from running to much off of it. It is a good idea to get one if you running like more than 1000 watts but its not necessary. In short answer form, its just going to help you never kill your battery.

Yes sir, it came with all necessary hardware excluding a couple nylok nuts for the front bumper brackets. However, sometimes the hose extensions wont be the right size, so a trip to your local auto parts store is needed. I made about 3 trips, one for a hose, one for the nuts and one for hose clamps for the filler hose.

It really wasnt that hard. I was lucky enough to have access to a full service shop (i.e. lift, air tools). My dads friend works on transmissions so he let us use his shop and he helped us (me and my dad) install it. Took around 8 hours. Havent run into any problems yet. If you have a hitch it is a pain to get the rear bumper brackets installed. Other than that, go slow and make sure you do it right because you'll know if you don't. Watch all wires and hoses around the front suspension to make sure that none come loose or snap when you lift the cab.
