    2003 2.3 ranger will not start just hear the starter solinoid double cklicking when starting the battery is new and fully charged new ignition switch and starter is new, all the connections are cleaned and relays are working I turned the front pulley bolt to see if the motor is free and it is. Truck will not jump either. Any suggestions on what my problem might be?
