Anyone need their Leer truck cap lock replacement.
My lock was too rusted for a locksmith to free even with all his magic fluids. I looked on-line & found a replacement was avail from Leer. I tried a "Garage Door" replacement from a building supply center & it fit & works like it was when new. Give it a try if you need a quick fix and save a few bucks.

Anyone know where I can get a drive shaft coupler for an 88 ranger xlt?
It is the composite rubber 'donught' that bolts the transmission output shaft
to the remainder of the driveline. Mine has disenegrated and I have had no luck
at any of my area (central PA) junkyards or from parts suppliers web sites.
Any help is appreciated...I just gotta make 300K miles on the ranger.
