race radios and cb radios are completely different. you can't use a cb to talk to someone on a race radio and visa versa. they use different frequencies from each other.

on my cb, the PA speak plugs into a headphone jack on the back and then you select the PA function.

wilson 'little wil' antenna and cobra 19 dxiv radio. also have a (faded) gold PA speaker that looks like doo but still works well.
