There is a bunch of work involved, but it is well worth the effort. You sit just a tad higher in the seat and a little forward. I solved this issue by putting the back of the seat in my shop press and bending it just a little bit. One thing you need to know going in is that when you remove your tracks from your stock seats, you will end up completely dissasembling them. You must drill and cut all the original rivets from the track. You cannot use the electric seat function of the explorer seats. Once your tracks are off your original seats, you just drill a couple of holes and bolt them to the explorer seat bottom. The explorer tracks are bolts on with four self tapping bolts you will reuse to attach you original tracks to the explorer seats. Lots of verbiage here, but really well worth the effort in my opinion. My Ranger looks like it came from the factory this way and they are definately more comfortable then the original seats.
