Its hard to say for sure, I would drive it and see how it shifts and how far the speedo is off. If its a mile off some dealers can reflash the computer to compensate for it.

I didnt have to but I did compensate for them when I got my tuner. I went from 4.10's with stock tires to 33's and 4.56's so it actually worked out about the same as far as the computer and speedo and such.
