I got the grille insert from ebay. Not bad, but it takes alot of time. I got a little lazy at the end, and messed up a bit, but you can't really tell. Used a dremel. Not bad for $30.

This shop down near my house gave me bitchen deal. $1700 for all body work (was a work truck so it had a shitload of dents, dings, and scratches) and the paint job. Extremely good work.
