Are you still looking for the cruise cable and servo because I located one in a yard by me it is on a 96 Ranger with 4.0 the servo cable comes over to a bracket on driver side of the motor and the throttle cable mounts on the same bracket. Did not get a price because I did not know if you were still interested.

Hey man, just wanted to get back to you on the Twin Cities sticker. I pulled the window down from the rafters, only to realize that the sticker was cracked. I went to go pull it off just to see what it was like, and it pretty much disintegrated between my fingers, and all the adhesive stayed on the window. I'll keep my eye out elsewhere to see if anybody reproduces them, and if I find anything I'll let you know.

Well I actually swapped my windows. I originally had a solid rear window, and I swapped in a sliding rear window. The sticker is on my solid rear window, so it's no bother to me if it's gone. I will try to remove it this weekend, and I will let you know if I was able to salvage it or not.

Concerning the Made in Twin Cities sticker, your truck being a pre-97 single cab means it has a completely different style rear window than the 86+ Supercab, and the 1998+ single cab. I have never seen a Twin Cities sticker on the style of window you have. As for where to get one, you could check LMC Truck, but if Ford doesn't have them, and you can't manage to peel one off of another truck, then you're out of luck. I do believe that my old solid window still has that sticker on it, so if you want, I can attempt to remove it and then apply it to some old sticker backing and then possibly send it to you. It's a small chance, but if you really want it, I can at least try for you.
