the plug mod works great...gas mileage improved and i noticed quicker starts in cold weather.
my intake i custom built from individual Spectre air intake pieces, i only replaced the black factory tubing. i'm still using the factory airbox.

Yea, he put 235 BFG AT's on. And it was a dog and could not run 5th. Stock size was like 205. He has a 95 with the 2.3 5spd. At first we put in 4.10 gears into the 7.5" rear end but the gears made a whine on deceleration. About a few weeks later we found an expo part out and snagged an 8.8 with 4.10 and L/S and put that in.

IMHO, I would look for the expo axle with L/S and disc brakes. The money spent on buying gears than having a shop install you might as well spend a little more and get the disc brakes and bigger axle. You probably have the 7.5.

He had 3.73 gear, so I would say 4.10 minimum
