Thanks man. I didn't have to lift the truck. I cranked the torsion bars a little after installing #1 bars for the heavy bumper. The rims are 15"x8" and the tires are 31" x 10.50" They rubbed the mudflaps when turning so I had to pull the mudflap support rod back further and screw it in place. No more rub.
