Jim most 2wd rangers have coil front springs, some versions like the Edge and possibly some other models had torsion bar front suspension on the 2wd. If yours does, you can adjust the height easily by tightening the adjustment bolts. If you have coil springs you may just need a replacement set. Hopefully this helps.
