I think the 2" got the tire rack and the bumper would be good. But I personally would go bigger on that cage. Unless you aren't planning on romping hard and its just for esthetics. Ohh I see what you did there haha I could definitely use some money in my pocket after buying that motor and all the accessories. Its up to you bud. I live in Tucson AZ so you'd have to ship her out here. I don't have a clue how much that would run. And like Isaid... I ddon't have much $$$ up front right now for the tubing and what not. So you would have to unfortunately shovel out for the tubes too. But Ihave the time, garage, and the tools to do it all.

Looks like the bumper mounts to the original mounts and run down to those two bolt where the rack and pinion cooler mounts to, weld some L brackets Or some angle-iron down it and shape some .25" sheet metal for the skid plate. Roof-rack/exo-cage would rrequire some hole to be cut into the chassis, but easily filled up with some epoxy and paint. Could also run some wiring up there too in case you get a wild hair and want to put some lights or a bar up there. But like I said, that tire-gate would take some time with the hinges and locking latches so no one can steal it. Can be done though!

That's cool. Get to babysit some terrorists! Oh yeah. Bumper and exo-cage wouldn't be a problem. That tire-gate would be the only thing that would really take some time. Can do tubing all the way up to 3".

Ship her to me! I'll take care of her for a year! Maybe even fab a cage and some bumpers and sh*t before you get back! Haha.

Sweet! Thanks man! Just orded a set of those mirrors with the 6" rounds! So stoked! Thanks for to bumper links too, but I just bought a hhydrolytic bender and a notcher. Going to start on a front and rear bumper myself. I've had my Hobart mig welder and my plasma cutter for a while now. Only used them a few times on my frame work so I'm excited to get some real use outof them now. AAlthough I have to start saving again for the actual tubing... Just spent all my savings on my 302 and the rebuild equipment.

Awesome! Yea, she is a beauty! Thanks for the info! I have been looking for some good looking replacement mirrors. I am definitely going to get a set of those! They look great on it. I am going to look into those fenders also. At least the front ones.. I'm planning on wiping out the bed and tubing it out with an exo-cage too. Probably going to keep the factory rear fenders, just cut a rise into them.
