Yes - there is a vacuum line that goes down to a control module and it was bad. I replaced it and no ticking. I don't remember the part number, but there are posts with pictures on the board, If you want I can send you a picture of where it is.

Did you ever figure out the ticking on your engine, on how it goes away when the vacuum line was removed and came back when plug back in? Cause mine is doing the exact same thing.
