    I used a long handled ratchet and a dead blow hammer to simulate an impact wrench on the crank pulley. Thats the only pull I did but I've removed alternator and water pump pulleys before and the only way to really get those off is with a true impact wrench.

    Hey, saw you had the U/D pullies in your 3.0. I have the pullies but am having trouble with them. I have tried all sorts of pipe wrenches for the water pump pulley and still cant get it off. Im mostly jus wanting to get the crank and alternator pullies on though. When I tried to get the bolts off the crank pulley it wouldnt come loose. Any tips you have from when you did yours would be awesome! If I cant get it myself soon im just going to end up taking it to a shop and paying to have it done.
