    hmu? i made it out of 1/2 inch mdf. there was no plans i just started with one piece and built around the cb. it really wasnt that hard if you know a little about wood working and how to use a measuring tape. took about three hours start to finish minus paint. you can get mdf wood at your local hardware store such as lowes or the home depot for a very cheap price i thin i paid around 45 bucks for about a 5x8 foot piece. they come in smaller sheets too but i needed more for a different project... sorry about the delay getting back to you....

    probably 6" of lift. There is another photo on there with a tape measure to the rockers. Those are 285/75R16's on the stock ranger wheels.

    i didnt saand my bezel just good coat of primer and 2 coats of perfect mathc paint and a clear coat. and let it sit over night!
