Thank you! Its a Contender...I don't know the size. It was originally a standard diamond plate toolbox but I painted it black to go with the scheme of my truck.

Hey thanks for the comment man. And I used RUST-OLEUM Brands- (Primer, White car enamel, and Clear coat) to paint it. I applied one coat of primer let dry about 5 minutes then one coat of white another five minutes then another coat of white waited about five minutes again then I applied the two light coats of clearcoat let dry about a day before you install it in your truck.

And no I did not sand it. I don't recommend sanding plastic surfaces its not a good idea. but thanks man and remember to keep a steady hand so the paint won't ripple

Oh yeah and the Rust-Oleum can be found at Lowe's make sure you get glossy white silver primer and Clear clearcoat.

hey man, I bought my light tabs from a guy named Alon over on R-F, I don't know if he's a member here or not, they would be real easy to make, its just an "L" shaped piece of 1/4" steel with a hole for the light to mount in and a hold that mounts it to an existing bolt in the back of the bumper

I dont have fog lights in my bumper at the moment, so in IL, my setup is legal-ish. You can have as many lights as you want, but any over the legal limit have to have opaque covers on them.

Yep, Rini's my baby. The bar is mounted directly to the bumper. The lights are mounted to 1/4" angle iron (2"x2"). Got the chunk for free at work. There is a thread in the fabrication boards showing the steps I took.
