Custom Fabricated Grill....Cost: A Few Bucks!!!
I simply took a cardboard stencil of my grill opening and then traced onto a piece of 10guage sheet / plate Steele.....
Cut outline out as well as inner with a slugger saw and a Metabo with a 6 inch cut off wheel....
Measured,marked ,punched and drilled holes for staimless 10-24 allen head machine screws...
Welded on tabs to mount grill onto grill itself with drilled 3/8 holes....
welded on wire mesh....
flap disked and sanded the entire thing....
painted with satin blk....
installed screws....
mounted on truck...
Saved a ton of money .... the companies out there selling grills that look like this sell them for hndreds and I mean hundreds of dollars....w
