Im new to this forum and I hope to be a long standing member. I own a 2004 v6 Ford Edge 2 wheel truck. Bought it new and kept it up. It's been a great truck until the past few days when it started having problems. I posted what was wrong yesterday but I guess I need to learn how to use the forum. My username is bomoe and hope to meet some friends!

I have a 2004 Ford Edge, V6 2 wheel drive, and I am hoping someone has had this problem and could give some advise as to what is going on. The truck starting stalling out, after a few minutes it would start again, then it happens again. Just put a new fuel pump in last July. So was told it's a sensor, so he installed a mass air flow sensor, took it for a test run, ran fine. Well about 1/2 hr later it did it again, stalled out. Took it back and he installed another senor. Left, same thing again. He said he needed to recode the sensors. Did that, left, happened again. We took it over to another place and put it on a diagnois machine. It was the fuel pump. We replaced that. Ran fine rest of yesterday, on the way home, did the same thing again. Today I check all the fuses, because the gas guage wasn't working and they are all fine. Would really appreciate if anyone has had this happen and could shed some light on what's going on. Thanks!
