Bassdrumbob

I have a 2000 ranger I put a rebuilt engine in a couple of weeks ago was out putting break in miles on it . wife heard a noise on her side stopped shut the engine off. Tried restarting nothing, by that I mean everything appears normal. you can hear the fuel pump spin up all lights appear normal. when you get to start nothing. My haynes book says there is a starter interrupt relay. 1) Where is it. 2) is there a fuse to this relay?
