but now on my kc lights they have a switch but they are wired up to the lights switch and they will not come on unless the parking lights are on at least

well i put mine on a switch and just grounded them to the bed and run a wire tot he battery with a fuse i did it that way cause we do alot of night riden and we some times stop and need to see behine us for something and thin i can just turn them on with out haveing to sit in the truck with it in retreat

how do you wire them?? just splice them into the stock ones?

so pep want to drill holes and do it that way i just put my lights under my bumper and where the safty chains go when you pull a load off the bumper is were i mounted them and thin they are protected by the reciver from any thing hitting them from the ground bought like 15$ lights from walmart and wire the lights cam with a switch but it was all realy easy

took me longer to run deside were to put the switch thin to put them on

o ok and yea i know where it is. what all you think about my truck. i cant deside what to do next to it. if you do alot of towing i would recomend back up lights

i got the lights at autoanything.com for like 133 but found them cheaper at amizon.com but they refunded me the diff so i like the autoanything web site

i got it from a place in sylacauga al. called auto trim it was like 450 i think and like 500 with them putting it on if you want but i am not real sure cause i am in iraq right now my uncle took care of it and i paying him wheni get back next month

I don't take my truck off road, just yet. It's my DD that has to get me back an forth to Honda everyday so I try to keep it in as good a shape as I can. I looked for this exact truck for about 2 years. It was in mint condition when I found it, but I've gone through and redone just about all the mechanical parts. Spent a TON of time and money on it. Next year I'm buying the wife a new Escape then I'm taking the red one, that's when I'll get to start doing the SAS and stuff for offroading.
