Digging the hidden snorkel, been rocking mine for about a year and half now and one of the smartest additions. Keeps my intake dry whenever the bumper ends up under water.

Then measuring, cutting, making sure everything fits into place

Lastly. I painted the pvc piping black, and placed a bead of caulk around where i cut. I also made a little bracket to replace the one i cut off, just to keep the Fan assembly from shaking around, U can see it bolted from the Fan assembly to one of the hood hinge bolts.

I then placed a 90 degree elbow inside facing upwards, the elbow sits a little higher than the AC/Heat vent and thats awesome cause it wont suck up water when the Cowl takes in water. I had to trim the elbow a certain way to fit it, and Push on the wall of the vent to get it in place. But as long as you dont break that rubber seal stuff, U will see it if u do this.
