Help on 1992 2.3 w/5-speed gauge cluster swap. Can anyone tell me if the cluster with a tachometer can be put in place of one without a tach? If so, Is it a drop in or will there have to be some mods. And what years and vehicles.

My circuit board for the gas gauge is shot and the last two that i bought were bad too. The dealer says Ford no longer carries these. Does anyone know of a source or is it junkyard bound again?
