I'm still on the fence about what tire is going to work on our 06 2WD Sport V6 4.0L ext cab truck. We have a 3" PA body lift on the way. I dont want to do any trimming to the truck, because that would mean that the tire has been stuffed in to fit. So I am set on the BFB tire, 33" or 31" because they dont have a 32". Iv've heard guys say the 33" x 12.5 didnt need trimming, but others have said yes. Not sure if the difference being a 2WD or 4WD. In the BFG tire they onl;y come 10.5 or 12.5 wide. So I would run the 33 x 12.5 x 15 if they would fit without any trimmimg. Anymore opinions

my tires are 32x11.5x15. i dont have any spacers and they dont rub at all. if i could go back i would get 33s though

It wasnt too bad to install. It took about 14 hours total though. It was just 2 of us doing it. Probably what took the longest was trying to figure out how to do the extensions for the gas filler

Sounds good. Post some pics when you get it done.

If the tires are too tall you may get some rubbing and you will need to "trim" the wheel well. Not sure what you will need to trim.

Just wondering if anyone know the biggest rim and tire I can fit on my 2006 2wd Ranger Sport short box, it has the stock equipment on it now, which is 235/75/R15. can I go to a 16" rim and fit in a 245....what do you think...
