That's how my F150 was. Had about 10 deep ridges in both sides of the rotors. lol.

Yep. You'll need them so you can hold your new exhaust to the manifolds since your old flanges are probably pretty rusty.

I can understand that. At the very least, you'll need an exhaust pipe expander, an exhaust pipe flaring tool, some exhaust clamps, and a new flange.

Just go with a custom system. Find a muffler you like the sound of, buy it, and then take the muffler and your truck to an exhaust shop and have them weld it up. Flowmaster is a top pick for many of the guys here.
