-The seal he is referring to can be purchased for $22 at Advance Auto Parts. It's called 3M window weld and should be in the same aisle as the gasket makers and sealers.
-Buy 2 bottles of Rubbing Alcohol, the old seal rarely comes off clean.
-When you lay down the new seal, press down on it slightly all around the window. This will help speed up the time it takes for the window to settle. If you do not do this, the window will stick out for a few weeks, and then you may have to go back and re-tighten the bolts to make sure they're snug.
-Keep track of the tiny nuts, losing them behind the interior trim is not fun, and makes them hard to reach.
