    no it should have a coil pack with all 6 spark plug leads coming out if it. its square rather than a distributor thats round.

    HELP--- i just bought a 2001 ranger xlt with a v-6. i dont know if it has had the engine changed. i have a distributor. i have been told that should not have a distribor. can any one help?
