sounds like it could be a heck of a repair bill! i vouched when i first buy a new vehicle to rust proof the bajeezus out of it to make sure nothing EVER starts. i am so anal about that stuff haha

nice, where exactly is there rust damage on the body? i have some in my rocker panels, and i havent gotten around to por15'ing it (lazy) haha.

anyways with 2 coats it reaaaallly seals it in there i even tried nocking the paint with a hammer.. it wont budge. Its almost like an epoxy it seems.

I did after i needle scaled all of the rust scaling, and undercoating off. i then pressure washed it with marine clean and then prepped it with metal ready. and i wouldn't bother taking the cab off unless you were putting a body lift on there you can get most of the frame anyway.

its actually fairly easy to apply, the only real work involved is the prep. if you have a pressure washer and if you could spray some de-greaser this would make your job that much easier. but as for applying it you just simply brush it on, allow for the first coat to become tacky, and then apply the second. i would buy the 1 gallon can of por15 if you are planning on coating your whole frame. maybe two to 3 sets of the marine clean and metal ready will get ya through your whole truck. the whole process would probably take 3 days.
