ok Well im just 17 not even a apprentice yet but , i know that my benifits are 200$ ( thats a lot of money ) but we get payed 27$ hour ( flat rate ).

i work at a GM dealership right now as a lube kid. and they pay for their benifts like 200$ and month. And they are at 26$ a hour flat rate.
So you get full benefits?. how much do they cost. and what your you pay ( flat rate ).
