Got a little better fuel eco. but not that noticable. Did have a noticable increase in the mid rpm power. Superchip is the only one that I know of that did much at all

its a street seen speed grill and bumper insert like 200 bucks for both check on ebay

Interior paint- Krylon fusion for the hard plastic. I have also painted the radio bezel with color matching urethane Bc/cc, although i don't have pictures of that
The rubbery part on the door- There are two parts
for the upper part I drilled out the rivets on the backside of the door panel and covered it with black vinyl.
for the armrest part, I just ripped off the foam and rubber surround. What you see is just the hard plastic part, painted with gloss krylon fusion.

Edit to add- If you redo your headliner, make sure to use the correct glue. At first I used a general purpose fabric ashesive and my head liner fell down. I then switch to 3m Super trim adhesive for heavy headliners and its great.
