Yeah it should. I ran 10.5 wide BFG AT's on my 15x8's for years with no issues.

Im thinking of doing 15x8 for 33x10.5 km2. It should hold the bead pretty good right?

Ive never had an issue with them. They are some of the strongest wheels out there. What concerns do you have?

Are the classic locks wheels pretty good for off roading? Im thinking of going km2 and classic locks.
