Rule #1 of buying any new vehicle the next thing to buy is the repair manual. Chilton and Haynes are the cheap versions, factory shop manuals can be pricey but have detailed information for the tech junkie. Hard-copies over the online versions, saves allot of printer paper and are your best buddy on the work bench!
