NJ mini meet.. Sat 9/4/10

Winks and myself met up down in south NJ to go through some of the trails down there.. VERY dry... and sandy. but fun none the less.. These are my pictures, Winks has more of my truck.

First thing when we got in, little hill climb, the pictures don't show how deep the ruts/wash out was..

No success on that one, I tried also with no success..

Off to another area, this one was a little more interesting, and a note for those of you who haven't done stuff like this, when you're going to hit a down hill, you can't see shit!! lol!!

And now he's going back up the trail he went down in the first set. Again, this pictures don't show how this trail was.

All in all it was fun. sucks there was no mud, but it was still fun.. I did fairly well considering I have a roll over phobia, I have to learn to trust the truck and my driving more while in the trails.

Thanks for posting those up, Joe. I'm glad we ventured out to those hill climbs, that definitely made up for the lack of mud.

Yesterday's line-up.

The first hill climb... funny that Joe and I have practically the same photo.

This is one of the options for getting back down the hill. You couldn't see anything... there was a bit of sliding and a bit of flexing, and it was awesome.

Joe approaching the "easier" section. He did hit the harder one on his second time up, I was spotting, so I don't have any photos of that.

Got in a pretty good IFS flex at the top while turning around

Yeah! I'll tell ya, the one hill climb in the pics is something I wouldn't do. My truck is double lifted and I would be the dumb ass that rolled it or something!

I'm sure you'd be ok out there. Most of the hills did not have angles steep enough to cause you to roll.

My luck....I would roll!! I'll stick to mud holes and slight inclines cause I'm a wuss and I would kick my own ass if I messed up my truck

lol! I had that roll over phobia, but the ones we hit were small enough to not really have to worry about that.
