Default DJM 3/4 drop questions

Hey guys I have a 1996 ford ranger xlt, I am putting on the DJM 3/4 drop kit. I'm curious can I also put on lowering coils and lowering blocks to lower it even more?

Also I read somewhere that I might need a carrier bearing kit to realign my drive shaft because my truck is an extended cab. Does anyone know if this is true?

Thank you all for all the help!!

You can use the 3" drop beams and the 2" coils in the front with NAPA part # 264-3950 +-4 degree camber/ caster eccentrics. In the rear you can run a flip kit and add a steel 2" lowering block (I do not recommend aluminum with a flip kit due to the stress on the centering pin) Or you can do the flip kit and flip your rear hangers and shackles for 2" as well.

I would also recommend installing a bolt in c notch with a 6" rear drop, raised transmission crossmember and radius arm relocators are also a good thing for ground clearance. Last, a good set of drop shocks such as the Doetsch Nitro Slammers for the best ride and handling. I sell all of these parts needed at my web site in the signature.
