I think im going to do the 18x9 +30 offset FR500 rims with a 245/40 tire. I have to sell my liquid metal 20x10's first! They have brand new 275/45 tires

You could always run spacers too. That would allow you to fine tune your offset.
Only drawback is that they are $60 a pair.

True but I want rims that bolt up just fine. Nothing extra lol do you think the ones I just listed will be fine? +30 offset

 235/40/18 with 45 degree bs I didnt have any issues with clearance.
