Default 1999 Ranger wanting to drop

So guys im new to the lowered truck world. Im shopping around now for a dop kit for my ranger. i dont want nothing to drastic. Im leaning more towards a 2/3 drop kit. what is needed to achieve this or what company has the kit. I really want something more along to help the handling of the truck. 235/75/15 rims and tires really dont cut it. and now for another question. Bullitt rims. do i need a spacer to clear the dust cap on the front spindles? and would a 245/40/18 rim and tire combo have the clearance needed with my inner fenders? thanks guys i appreciate it.

Look into a DJM 2/3 kit. I'm warning you right now though you'll want to go lower. A 2/3 on a 235/75/15 should be OK. You might need a spacer for the Bullitts some do some don't. To improve the handling look into a bronco 2 rear sway bar it helps drastically with body roll.

I can set you up with all of the parts you need here are the links for the 2/3 drop

I would also suggest upgrading to the Doetsch Nitro Slammer shocks I sell, but casper is right you will want to go lower. And if so I would say go DJM 4/5 drop

im trying to take it a little at a time not much cash to work with. i get a decent amount in a month from a school refund haha. plus i have to clear rr tracks speed bumps what not. but i will deffinatly look into a 4/5 later on. maybe this fall. i may do the bronco 2 sway bar today. i have a spare B2 for parts. btw Casper very nice 98. and indeed a very nice explorer slammedxonair. as far as my tires now there too big. and a bulky tread. think a 4x4. but thanks guys for the direction. this is a damn good forum.
