Default cost of install?

i have a 2001 xlt, im planning on buying djm 4/5 pro kit. can anyone tell me what it will cost to have it installed? (ballpark)

Do it yourself it'll be cheaper! Average shop rate is 50-60 an hour and it'll take about 6-8 hours so.... $480 give or take. Do know what shop rates are around where you live Call around and ask local shops.

cool thnx thats what i thought. so bout $1000 to lower it. can anyone tell me if the stock wheels n tires will still fit after 4/5 drop? cuz i really like the stock chrome wheels and wanna keep them while i save for killer wheels.

you will need to run shorter tires, i have 22/60/16s on a 4/5, and no rubbage

You could probably get away with stockers for a while if you have like a 225/70/15 any mechanic with a brain should be able to do the install for you. And don't forget the alignment afterwords.
