DJM 3/4 drop, add 2" drop springs and flip your rear hangers, bolt in C notch and get it to 5/7

ok so its either 3/4 or 5/7 and c-notching the frame. not too shabby what was the part about 2'' drop springs and flip the rear hangers? is that including in the c-notching to get the 5/7?

no, the 3/4 is a kit, To get to 5/7 you'll need to buy 2" drop springs, and Flipping the hangers is then you flip your rear leaf spring hanger and flip them over. The C notch is to allow clearance for the rear axle.

ok seems pretty simple to me. im new to the whole truck thing. im used to having mustangs so dealing with the suspension on a truck with leaf springs just seems so weird. what else up front would need to be changed aside from adding the 2'' springs in the front to make it drop 5''? i dnt actually have the truck at my place so i cant go outside and look right now. thanks alot. if i get annoying just smack me lol.

The DJM kit will come with 3" drop Beams, so with the 2" springs you'll get the 5" up front

your stock leaves should be fine, the only other thing I'd look into is a raised Transmission x member and a raised radius arm member, both are optional, but they will give you more clearance.

Gotta watch dropping too low bc that motor will lower it a inch or two due to the weight make sure the front springs are strong enough to support the weight
