Yeah, you need to notch for 7", I've removed my bump stops, and contact the frame sometimes with 5" in the rear. A guy on R/F was 7" in the rear without notching the frame, and ended up cracking the frame from hitting it. Notches and another 2-3" drop is in my future in the spring.

And yes, it will be the same rake as stock, but it looks more pronounced when you are closer to the tires, and the smaller tires up front will make it look like even more.

O ok. I got to see if my friends got a plasma cutter
I might just do the 7 in the rear in the summer

hey guys will these rims work with my 5" front drop
they r 17" offset is 40 they are 17 by 7 he said they r stock 2010 v6 premium rims 2010 is still the same lug pettern right thnks guy

2010 Ranger? The stock "premium" alloy wheels look like ass on those, IMHO. That and the Ranger "premium" wheels are only 16". What are they off of?

Off a 2010 Mustang, yer gonna need alot of spacer to make it work. They changed the offset in '05, so now it's almost like a FWD offset. To work properly on a Ranger, they'll need almost an inch, maybe more, wheel spacer.

I though I read some were that 94 to 04 mustang stock rims will fit. With out anhything?

Through '04 they'll fit, but you need to run a 5/16" spacer on the front to clear the hub. Some aftermarket mustang repro wheels don't need the spacer.

hey guy in picking u these wheels this week end on a great deal will i need spacers for the front or back and if so what size he said they r stock mustang rims and is the spacer only needed to fit the center cap
