airbag suspension
i recently purchased a 93 rangerwith bags and i am a newbie so just getting used to them.. anyways it is a 10 switch and the truck battery is bad... will the bad or dead batt cause the airbags to air up slow @ times and not air up at all... plz help

The box is powered by the battery. So put you a new battery in and that should fix it. Does the truck run?

If it airs up on it's own, you most likely have a bad/leaky valve.
It's not unheard of for the truck to leak down after a while. Mine does it. So many air leaks to fix! lol

U need to build up a good amount of pressure in the tank for it to air up good. I have had some valves that won't air up till I have good pressure

Bigger bags take less pressure to lift than a smaller bag.

So its been a while since my last post. I must say ive learned quit a bit. Im going with a 1/2 ports for faster response time and im only doing front and back so ill do two valves up front and four in the back. One thing im looking for is a 2 link suspension like the one that silverstar makes with a bag on bar set up. I have a york compressor that will be set up to fill what im hoping will either be a 8 or 12 gallon tank.
