Yes 2/3 means 2" up front and 3" out back. The reason why we normally lower the back end 1" more than the front is because trucks naturally sit 1"-2" higher in the back end, and when most of us are lowering our truck we are also trying to get the back end level with the front end.
2001 XL 2.5l 5 speed, 19lb injectors, 94 Cougar Resonator for muffler, Spectre DIY intake kit, Royal Purple in engine & rearend, Full Synthetic DEX/MERC IV with Lucas fluid in trans, painted rear half of frame, 3/3" drop, Bronco II rear sway bar, blacked out interior panels, pioneer speakers and head unit.
