well. youve got torsion bars, not coils.

you can uncrank your torsion bars to go down a little, but unless you spent alot of money on coilovers your not gonna get very low

Pretty much. Loosening the bars will get you down around the height of a stock 2wd XLT. You will also need to remove the block between the springs and the axle out back. Both of those together will be about 2.5" drop all around.

remove the block and uncrank the bars free. to go lower you have to get coil overs or start thinking

Will the the springs fit a 02 edge?

Scratch that didn't read all the replies for my truck. So all I need is to uncrank torsion up front then get coilovers too for it and flip/remove the blocks in the back to get a safe 2/3 drop?

I am putting an 8.8 rear end in my truck. In doing this it drops the tail end down about 5 inches. I now am trying to find the best way to drop the front to level it out. Any economical suggestions?

re-indexed torsion keys http://shop.illusivefabrications.com...-torsion-keys/ and in the rear remove the lift block and flip the rear hangers and shackles. This will give you about a 3/4 drop.

What is the easiest way to lower the rear of a 2002 ford ranger? All im wanting to do is lower the back maybe 2 to 3 inches.
