There's a lot of different 4 link setups, and ways to locate the axle ( side to side) to go with them.

What are you looking to improve on?

Well I still have the stock leafs and I was looking to replace due to the driver side sag and was considering 4 link and coils would be a better ride and more adjustability for ride height and possibly help a little to improve handling. I don't haul anymore than just my Supermoto or some garbage on the weekends so I'm not worried about being able to tow heavy weight. I have a 20gal cell that I had thought about installing while the truck is apart anyways so that part I have but was just unsure about getting measurements.

This is JMO
If you're not bagging it, not worth it. If you get good coilovers you'll see improvements, but they tend to be expensive. Cheap ones would be alot of work for nothing.

The nice thing would be no axle wrap, easier to adjust pinion angle, etc. But imo not enough to justify the cost.

If you do plan on bagging it id just do the 4 link when your ready.

If you still want to do it they are easy to build and there's alot of kits out there, I like a parallel setup with a watts link, alot of people seem to be going triangulated, though.
