Default Need someone to co-sign on drop

Hey Gang,
I just about have all of the required parts for my drop. I just wanted to put it out there for ridicule. Is there anything that you guys suggest I do while I have this thing on stands and the bed off? Or forsee any problems that I may run into? For instance I noticed that the bushings on the leaves are shot so I am just going to replace them now since I have to move them when doing the flip kit. I think the leaf shackles and mounts are in good enough condition, I will get a better look see when I wire wheel them. I was going for a 5/6 drop, but may have to settle for 5 in the rear since the shocks recommend a 2-5” range. Is this where a custom or adjustable shackle come in handy? Below is my part list.

Front:
-DJM Dream Beam 3in
-Belltech Lowering Springs 4794 2in
-Belltech Street Perf 10103H (2”-5” front lowering)
Rear:
-Crown Susp. 5” Flip Kit
-Belltech Street Perf 2210HE
-C-Notch (1.5in extra travel)

FYI the truck has 127,XXX miles

Many thanks, Jay

Looks pretty good to me

check all bushings, balljoints, tie rods

To get 2 more inches in the rear, flip your shackles. Just need some 1/2 x1" grade 8 bolts. You can get brackets to move the lower shock mount down if needed.

Thanks for taking the time Whiskey!!! I think I will take your suggestion and flip the shackles. I pay it forward when I can be useful for someone else.
