Default Body lift problems???

Me and a few buddies lift my 1986 f150 today, and when we were done the linkages for the gears and 4x4 are not longer working... Unjust wondering when I put 3" body lift on my 09 4wd ranger if I have any of these problems??... If there anything weird or not making sence about that sorry, made this with my iPhone
thanks

Never heard of those probs with Ranger body lifts. If you hvae a manual transmission just make sure to get the extension.
