Default New shocks but i want to lift my ranger

I just got new Bilstein shocks stock height and I love them. But I didn't take into factor that I might lift my truck later in my life. If I got a suspension lift would k have to get new shocks? What about a torsion lift or a body lift? I don't really like body lifts but I only want to lift her 2"

For a body lift and a torsion crank you won't need new shocks. But with a suspension lift you will

Would a body lift look bad? I only want to get about 2 inches so my 265 tires won't look too small. Because all I see around my neck of the woods is people get like 5 or 6 inch body lifts with 245 tires Wich look so bad.
